E' agosto, nella clinica per malattie mentali viene ricoverato Caciotta, quarantacinquenne romano con la mania
di strappare le mutandine a tutte le donne che incontra, proprio il giorno in cui il primario sta andando in ferie.
Verrà sostituito dalla signorina Vanessa Lelli, un'avvenente dottoressa che viene subito coinvolta in una serie
interminabile di "follie" dai pazienti della clinica. Ad aggiungere caos al caos si presenta alla dottoressa Lelli un
tipo strano, un meridionale trapiantato a Milano che cerca in tutti i modi di sedurla. Intanto Caciotta ha fatto
combutta con Babà, un altro malato, un napoletano piuttosto dispettoso, con il quale combina scherzi a tutti i
pazienti.



It is August, in the mental illness clinic Caciotta, a forty-five-year-old Roman is admitted, with the craze of
snapping panties on all the women she meets, just the day the primary is going to vacation. It will be replaced by Miss
Vanessa Lelli, an attending doctor who is immediately involved in an endless series of "follies" from clinical patients.
To add chaos to chaos, Dr. Lelli is a weird guy, a transplanted southern man in Milan who seeks in all the ways of
seduction. Meanwhile, Caciotta fought with Babà, another sick man, a somewhat miserable Neapolitan, with whom he
combines jokes with all patients.
